Welcome to Aiminds School. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, fellowship programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Aiminds School ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Our Services

Aiminds School offers bootcamp-style programs and courses designed to help individuals develop skills in areas such as product management, design, data analytics, and related fields. Course content, schedule, and features are subject to change. We do not guarantee specific employment or career outcomes; outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions.

4. Enrolment and Payment

When you enrol in a course or program, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment terms (including refund eligibility) are set out in our Refund Policy. Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors; your payment is subject to their terms as well.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Share your account or course access with others, or allow others to use your credentials.
  • Copy, download, distribute, or reverse-engineer course materials except as permitted by us.
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others, or to transmit malware or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or any data not intended for you.
  • Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (including text, videos, exercises, and materials) is owned by Aiminds School or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content only for your personal, non-commercial learning during your enrolled period. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiminds School and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aiminds School and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services and any licence to content ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally with us before initiating any legal proceeding.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Updated at" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
